Customer
Satisfaction Policy
In The Spirit Consulting (ITSC) is committed to providing our
customers with outstanding services.
If for
any reason you are not satisfied with services provided by ITSC you
must contact the company within five working days of the time the
service is rendered. ITSC
will do all we can to remedy the situation.
If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be made, a refund will be
issued as follow:
Cancellation Policy
Contracts may be cancelled under the
following terms:
Consultation
Packages—All
services fulfilled must be paid in full.
Any promotional or other discounts will be voided.
Fulfilled services will be billed at current card rate.
Cancellation fee is as follows:
25% of total contract or 50% of unpaid balance, whichever is
greater. Amount not to
exceed total of contract.
Coaching
Retainer Contract—Must
give 30 days notice. Any
prepayment is forfeited plus one additional month’s/quarter’s
fee required when terminating contract.
Pre-paid—Any
pre-payment discount will be removed and the unused portion of
contract will be refunded less 25% of the total contract.
All photographic art carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship
and will be replaced if found defective due to flawed workmanship.
Exclusions would include damage due to customer handling or
neglect.
